Refractory casting mass

CALDE™ CAST F 53

Usage: gas and oil heating furnaces, casting of refractory masonry, thermal expansion seams

Thickness: minimal of 70 mm, maximal 350 mm

Operating temperature: up to 1500 °C

CALDE™ CAST LX 58

Usage: gas and oil heating furnaces, casting of refractory masonry, thermal expansion seams.

Thickness: minimal of 70 mm, maximal 350 mm.

Operating temperature: up to 1650 °C

CALDE™ CAST 50 A

Usage: furnaces with wood or peat heating (alkaline ash is produced), casting of refractory masonry, thermal expansion seams.

Thickness: minimal of 70 mm, maximal 350 mm.

Operating temperature: up to 1500 °C.

CALDE™ CAST HYMOR 2800

Usage: furnaces with gas, oil, wood or peat heating, casting of refractory masonry, is more durable than CALDE™ CAST F 53 and CALDE™ CAST 50 A, otherwise more or less the same, thermal expansion seams.

Thickness: minimal of 70 mm, maximal 350 mm.

Operating temperature: up to 1500 °C.

REFRACTORY STAMP MASS

CALDE™ PLAST SUPERAL X AB

Usage: refractory masonry stamp mass, thermal expansion seams.

Thickness: minimal of 70 mm, maximal 350 mm.

Operating temperature: up to 1650 °C.

CALDE™ PLAST REDD RAM

Usage: refractory masonry stamp mass, chemically and physically very resistant, used under difficult conditions (for example humid)- edges of the grids in hearths, in case of wood and peat, places of entrance for the fuel in the hearth, thermal expansion seams.

Thickness: minimal of 70 mm, maximal 350 mm.

Operating temperature: up to 1650 °C.

CALDE™ PLAST SUPERAL AB

Usage: refractory masonry stamp mass, thermal expansion seams.

Thickness: minimal of 70 mm, maximal 350 mm.

Operating temperature: up to 1600 °C.

Mortar for bricklaying

CALDE™ TROWEL HF 36 U

Wet mortar with operating temperature of 1600 °C, laying of firebricks wall, consumption 250-300 grams per brick (230x114x64 mm).

CALDE™ TROWEL PB 78

Dry cement with operating temperature of 1800 °C, laying of firebricks wall, consumption of materials 180 kg/m3 for laying firebricks (230x114x64 mm).

CORRECTION MIXTURE

CALDE™ STIX 15

Usage: refractory masonry correction mass- for filling cracks, fissures and holes, the material where the holes are, is irrelevant, coefficient of thermal expansion is 0- it does not expand nor shrink or fall out of the hole.

Thickness: for filling holes of different sizes, apply layer of 5 cm, let it dry and apply new layer.

Operating temperature: up to 1550 °C.

INSULATION MATERIAL

CALDE™ CAST XL 106 C/G

Usage: insulation material: when furnace wall of 2-3 layers is made, it is installed as outer layer (furthest from the fire) because it conducts heat worst. No need for thermal expansion seams.

Thickness: minimal of 0 mm, maximal 350 mm.

Operating temperature: up to 1060 °C.

refractory bricks, stones:

Firebricks, bricks product range is very wide pursuant to working environment and temperature.

If interested, please send us a price request with information on where you want to use the stones and what are the temperatures, so that we can offer a suitable solution for you.

Intermediate concretes:

Plicast LWI 22 (1280 °C)

Plicast Verilite (950 °C)

CALDE™ CAST MW STRONG LITE (1360 °C)

In case of 3-layer masonry the medium layer of intermediate concrete is created between refractory and insulation layer (to be cheaper and better insulation material, 3-layer brickwork is stronger than 2-layered). Intermediate concretes may be used for insulation.

insulation material for turbines

Limpet BD-6

Extremely efficient sound- and insulation material, elaborated in the 1970s to replace asbestos.

REFRACTORY CONCRETE COMPONENTS

It is possible to order refractory concrete ready-to-use components according to customer drawings.

Anchors

Y- ANCHORS of stainless material AVESTA 253 MA

Y- anchors can be obtained with the following measures: thickness 3-5 mm, width and length according to the client desire.

Anchors should be installed 16 pieces per 1 m2, end of the anchor must stay 25-35mm inside the masonry. Outer ends of the anchor must be covered with paint or bitumen..
